バッハは、ヴィヴァルディの曲を好んで編曲したことで知られているが、このCDは、原曲である「調和の幻想」と、編曲のオルガン協奏曲を対比したユニークなアルバムだ。バロック音楽の2大作曲家の関係は、音楽ファンなら興味あるテーマに違いない。
